The clients purchased this two story colonial home, it had a funky small(!) kitchen and separate rooms that didn’t allow for easy family living. A new 2 story addition provided ample room for a large bright, open eat-in kitchen. Their growing family needed a play space that wasn’t taking up the entire living room. Enclosing the sun porch made it usable space year round. The project entirely changed the feel of the first floor, opening up the interior walls between the living room, new kitchen and sun room. .
