A garage grows to house a multi-purpose room opening onto a beautiful patio
The clients contemplated putting a second story on their house, as well as a large addition, but nixed that plan when the bids came in so high. Then they came to us and we worked out a simpler project that entailed rebuilding their funky garage and including a garage, a dry, accessible storage area (we all need these), and a multi-purpose room. It has served as a home office, and now is their son’s playroom. Who knows what is next? It opens onto their rear patio, with a welcoming porch, making it very accessible and an enhancement to their yard. Great for parties too.
