An unremarkable 1960’s box of a house sat in a beautiful neighborhood with an incredible view. With a small budget, the house was transformed inside and out into a beautiful, comfortable home for this family to enjoy.  A new spacious kitchen now opens to the large dining and living room with a wonderful view of the bay. Through the kitchen is a family-friendly den that now opens up to the rear yard. Three new bathrooms and a second floor kid’s realm round out a transforming project.
